A Multi-Award-Winning Cinematic Journey at Studio New Star Art Cinema

The acclaimed feature film Take a Trip, directed by the internationally recognized Greek filmmaker Christos Karakasis, continues its remarkable theatrical run, reaching an impressive milestone: 80 consecutive weeks of screenings at Studio New Star Art Cinema in Athens — a rare feat for contemporary Greek cinema.

For the 13th consecutive year, the Athens International Digital Film Festival (AIDFF) took place from December 12 to 18, 2024. The closing ceremony marked the culmination of a successful week in a packed auditorium (Studio New Star Art Cinema) filled with artists and film enthusiasts. The atmosphere was warm and festive as the festival honored iconic creators alongside emerging artists from around the globe.

For the 13th consecutive year, the Athens International Digital Film Festival (AIDFF) will take place from December 12 to 18, 2024. Hosted at the historic Studio New Star Art Cinema and Blackbox Theater Cinema, the festival will also feature parallel screenings at the Ekpedeftiki Enosi (Syntagma) and Omega Academy (Piraeus). This year's event will showcase 110 feature and short films from 35 countries, including 50 premieres.

Με το βραβείο καλύτερου μεγάλου μήκους ντοκιμαντέρ για την ταινία στην κόψη του ξυραφιού / The Razor's Edge έπεσε η αυλαία   του 7ου  Διεθνούς Φεστιβάλ Ντοκιμαντέρ  West Side Doc Fest στην Αθήνα που διεξήχθη από τις 26 με 29 Σεπτεμβρίου στην αίθουσα ΑTHENAUM Conservatoire, στο νέο κτήριο της οδού Κορινθίας 6 (πεζόδρομος) στους Αμπελόκηπους

Προβολή της βραβευμένης ταινίας Στην κόψη του ξυραφιού/ The Razor's Edge στο Διεθνές Διαγωνιστικό του 7^ου  Διεθνούς Φεστιβάλ Ντοκιμαντέρ  West Side Doc Fest στην Αθήνα. Το φεστιβάλ διεξάγετε στην αίθουσα ΑTHENAUM Conservatoire, στο νέο κτήριο της οδού Κορινθίας 10 (πεζόδρομος) 11526 στους Αμπελόκηπους  Κυριακή 29 Σεπτεμβρίου.  Ώρα έναρξης τις ταινίας στις 20:00

Βραβείο για την ταινία  Στην κόψη του ξυραφιού/ The Razor's Edge  Καλύτερης Ιστορίας Ντοκιμαντέρ με πάνω απο 600 συμμετοχές να διεκδικούν το βραβείο  στο φεστιβάλ του WILDsound Feedback Film & Screenplay Festival, Los Angeles

The 13th Athens International Digital Film Festival (AIDFF) is now accepting applications from creators until October 5th. The festival will take place from December 12 to 18, 2024. Concurrently, the 11th International Ecological and Scientific Panorama and the 2nd International Short and Feature Film Screenplay Festival will also be held.

The first Greek documentary about the art of Kung Fu by the Director and Producer Christos N. Karakasis with the central figure being the teacher Sifu Kyriakos Eleftheriou.
